For over a century, two local families with deep agricultural roots have shared an unwavering commitment to the valley. In 1914, Vincenzo Ricchiuti journeyed from Italy to America looking to start a better life in California’s agriculturally rich San Joaquin Valley. The Parnagian family followed a similar path from Armenia to Fresno for its wide-open spaces and Mediterranean climate ideal for growing fruit, nuts, and vegetables.
Today, the Ricchiuti and Parnagian families continue to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors as two multi-generational and diversified farming families in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. Combined these families grow, pack and ship citrus, grapes, olives, almonds, and pistachios throughout the country and world. Each new generation remains committed to family values in addition to being responsible stewards of the land.
